**Deburr Operator – Clifton Springs, NY** **Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire** **Pay:** $17.00 – $20.00 per hour (Based on experience) We’re seeking detail-oriented **Deburr Operators** to join a precision manufacturing team in **Clifton Springs, NY** . This is a great opportunity for hands-on work in a fast-growing aerospace environment. **Shifts Available:** + **1st Shift:** 6:00 AM – 2:30/3:30 PM + **2nd Shift** : 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM (Training 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM) + **3rd Shift:** 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Training on 1st or 2nd Shift) **What You’ll Do:** + Set up and operate grinding, cutting, polishing, and related equipment to remove burrs and excess material + Use hand tools and power equipment to sharpen edges, smooth surfaces, and polish metal or plastic parts + Study blueprints and work orders to understand product specs and tooling requirements + Apply metalworking fluids and lubricants correctly during processes + Inspect finished pieces using precision measuring tools such as gauges and micrometers + Perform value-added tasks including packaging, cleaning, or degaussing components + Safely lift and handle parts and containers weighing up to 40 pounds **What We’re Looking For:** + High school diploma or GED required + Basic knowledge of blueprint reading and dimensioning concepts + Experience in machining or metalworking environments is preferred **Interested?** Text “ **DEBURR** ” to 585-449-9231 to connect with a recruiter and take the next step toward this rewarding role.
