Job Description

As a Debrief Operative your key responsibilities will include; 

Answering telephone calls, assisting customers with enquiries and adhering to depot KPI'sAssisting drivers with locating addresses and providing delivery instructionsAssisting customers and providing excellent customer serviceDebrief of drivers ensuring processes are followed correctlyReporting and logging damaged hand held devices called Saturn's so these can be fixed without delayEnsuring contractor paperwork is completed Basic administrative dutiesTo implement the Health and Safety Policy, ensuring and maintaining a safe working environment at all timesTo implement the Security Policy ensuring and maintaining a secure passage of goods for the customerCarry out such other duties as may reasonably be requested by the Depot Management Team.Demonstrate the core DPD DNA values of Passion, Respect, Honesty, Flexibility, Caring and Accountability.
