Dentsply Sirona is looking for a:

Sales Specialist Dealer

The resource will be responsible for managing the northern part of Lombardy and will oversee the development of the consumer business in the area through the optimization of the regional depot distribution network and the management and development of active customers.

Main Responsibilities

Responsible for the growth of demand and revenue in the assigned area for the Consumer product line. Oversees the training of sales representatives within the area’s depots, plans with key depots the introduction of new products, supports distributor salespeople in promoting products and strengthening their technical skills. Regularly visits key professionals in the territory to introduce Dentsply Sirona solutions into their workflows. Collaborates with dealers to define promotional activities and organize clinical education and co-marketing events.

Key Activities

Implements the commercial policies defined by the company in terms of sales plans and promotional actions. Identifies opportunities for the development of dental distributors and ensures their implementation in the relevant market. Maintains strong relationships with dealers, introducing all Dentsply Sirona products and programs, and responds promptly to any issues. Continuously collects and analyzes sales data and market information regarding competition, trends, and the needs/preferences of end customers and distributors, maintaining constant communication with Management and all involved company departments (Customer Services, Marketing, Technical Support, Credit). Contributes to the organization and participates in major regional and/or national congresses and events (trade shows). Prepares reports on a regular and timely basis.

Preferred residence: Milan, Monza Brianza, Como, Varese, Lecco, Sondrio.

Background

Excellent knowledge of Territory Management systems and sales techniques Strong proficiency in IT tools, internal procedures, and operations within structured companies
