Manheim is looking for a Dealer Services Specialist who can keep our auction days running like a well-oiled machine—both in-lane and online.
What You’ll Be Doing
Auction Day Operations: You’ll be the point person on sale days—assigning run numbers, repping vehicles on the block, working the “IF” counter, and promoting services like Manheim Certified.Customer Engagement: Work directly with dealers to ensure their vehicles are ready for sale and their expectations are met. You’ll be their trusted partner—onsite, online, and over the phone.Product Education: Help dealers get the most out of Manheim’s tools—Simulcast, OVE, Manheim.com, and more. You’ll provide training, guidance, and support to maximize their success.Inventory Management: Load listings, track vehicles, coordinate with recon shops, and ensure everything is sale-ready. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes expert making sure nothing falls through the cracks.Problem Solving: Troubleshoot issues, resolve service concerns, and keep communication flowing between customers, sales teams, and operations.Why This Role Matters

Who You Are
You can think on your feet and address issues promptly, maintaining a smooth auction process. You’re committed to following all health and safety procedures and to maintaining strong relationships with dealers. Here’s more on what you have to offer:
Minimum:
A high school diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination of education and experience, such as a degree or certification in a related discipline or 5 years of experience in a related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.The ability to perform at a high level and adapt within a fast-paced team environment.The ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time, perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 15 pounds.Vision requirements include being able to see close, far and in color, judge distances and adapt to changes in focus.Preferred:
