Dealer Service Analyst

What You'll Do:

As a Dealer Services Analyst (DSA), you'll be at the heart of our credit team, playing a crucial role in helping customers finance their vehicles. You'll:

Make Quick Decisions: Evaluate a high volume of credit applications daily, assessing creditworthiness and making fast decisions on approvals or denials. Solve Complex Cases: Tackle challenging credit applications, negotiating terms with dealers and using strong judgment for decisive outcomes. Build Relationships: Collaborate closely with Ford/Lincoln dealers over the phone, developing and nurturing business relationships. Balance Sales & Risk: Help facilitate vehicle sales for dealers and Ford of Canada by providing financing, all while managing lending risks responsibly.

Important Note: This is a remote Bilingual Dealer Services Analyst position, but it requires an initial minimum of 4 weeks of in-person training in Oakville, Ontario. There may also be periodic on-site requirements.
