Dealer Sales Manager

As a **Dealer Sales Manager,** you'll play a key role in driving business-to-business sales within our dealer network. Your focus will be on leveraging data-driven insights, implementing innovative sales strategies, and building lasting partnerships that contribute to our success. You'll be part of a dynamic team, ensuring that sales targets are exceeded. This position is ideal for a critical, strategic thinker who is passionate about speaking to growing share and wants to make an impact with every interaction. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** + **Market Insight & Opportunity Identification:** Analyze market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to uncover opportunities for growth. Deliver valuable financial, market, and share insights to inform decision-making. + **Sales Strategy Execution:** Develop and implement impactful sales strategies aimed at achieving revenue and growth targets, driving success for both the company and our dealers. + **Dealer Growth & Partnership Building:** Actively identify and onboard new dealers aligned with our brand value and sales objectives, while cultivating strong, collaborative partnerships. + **Networking & Strategic Influence:** Drive sales through independent networking, targeting key market segments, and facilitating strategic meetings with industry influencers. + **Sales Forecasting & Performance Reporting:** Prepare accurate and insightful sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis to keep management informed of progress and opportunities. + **Dealer Support & Training:** Provide ongoing training and resources to empower dealers with the product knowledge and selling skills they need to succeed. + **Cross-functional Collaboration:** Work closely with internal teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure seamless dealer interactions and resolve any challenges efficiently. + **CRM Management:** Leverage Salesforce to manage and optimize all sales funnel activities, ensuring efficient tracking and reporting. Provide insights based on this. + **Current State Market Reporting & Insights:** Share detailed reports on market performance to set an accurate, data based current state, identifying growth areas, gaps, and successful strategies. Share individual contribution to wins. **Minimal Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field equivalent experience + 5+ years related sales experience to include account management + Ability to travel a minimum of 50%, or as required **Preferred Qualifications:** + **Exceptional Problem Solver:** Strong critical thinking abilities to identify opportunities and overcome challenges, with a proactive approach to presenting solutions. Always strive to distinguish data from opinion. + **Sales Process Expertise:** Focused on the discovery phase of the sales process, uncovering valuable insights and opportunities. + **Coaching & Motivation:** Ability to inspire and coach others, fostering an environment of success, progress, and collaboration. + **Presentation & Training Excellence:** Skilled in delivering impactful presentations beyond product training, delivering training sessions that elevate dealer performance. + **Tech-Savvy:** Proficient in Salesforce, MS O􀆯ice Suite, and Power BI (or equivalent tools). + **Organized & Efficient:** Exceptional organizational skills, with a focus on time management, preparation and proactive planning. **Physical Demands** : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 - 50 pounds. Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision and ability to adjust focus.
