Dealer performance supervisor

BRP China is currently on the lookout for a Dealer Performance Supervisor. This person will provide strong support DDM of dealer performance/capability improvement strategy development and execution.  Develop dealer training and coaching strategy to empower new dealers and existing dealers with respective tools to sustain the business (based on all BRP global standards).

As well as, developing targeted training enhancement strategies for dealers with different levels of seniority/capability to support dealers quickly improvement capability of retail and profit making. It will be key to drive dealer staff especially focus on dealer key positions capability improvement and certification.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: 

1. Overall, China dealer training strategy development and execution steering. (approx. 45% of the time)

·         Develop, optimize and manage core training process and operation strategy to facilitate efficient and result-oriented training deployment;

·         Working closely with training delivery team on training strategy management and consistently align training strategy;

·         Working closely with Field Operation Team and Network Expansion team to consistently align Retailing Organizational Structure;

·         Manage facility and monitor central training operations consistently across all locations to ensure operational excellence;

·         Develop data insight and reporting over general training delivery and operation, contribute to consistent alignment of training planning;

·         Set up a separate training policy for general managers of high-potential distributors and deliver an analysis of results. As well as dealer key positions, development target solution.

·         To ensure the implementation of BRP China training strategy execution;

·         Coordinate with related internal departments & external dealers, vendors and other parties to ensure overall satisfaction.

·         Vendor management and coaching to ensure training quality well achieved and have the right awareness of self-learning to keep the leading in the training industry;


2. Management of Dealer staff capability improvement and position certification. (approx. 40% of the time)

·         Identify dealer capabilities and provide targeted solutions, which includes standard guidance on dealer staff and key position/software/hardware, etc.

·         Develop the certification standard to fully support dealer to have a sufficient operation guideline/standard for both hardware and software;

·         Responsible for dealer staff management process set up of key position selection, interview. 

·         Focus on capacity building of dealership GMs and key positions, develop target coaching strategies and execution.

·         Responsible for dealer staff certification, coordinate with BRP China internal functional teams to complete capability assessment feedback tracking;

3. DD Project management & Regional dealer performance management Support. (approx. 15% of the time)

·         Support BD manager steering and follow BD team internal tasks;

·         Strong support marketing and sales filed teams in regional dealer performance management;

·         Ensure the programs are delivered in a timely manner - key is to aim for high alignment with certification evolution with key stakeholders - be collaborative and ensure active feedback is taken from external and internal stakeholders prior to program launch.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

·         Previous experience from automotive dealer development is a must, volume or premium brands are both welcomed.

·         Network planning, dealer implementation, dealer performance management and dealer training experiences are must.

·         Experience on handling multiple top investor groups on China market. (Top 100 as reference)

·         Highly developed leadership, people performance and coaching skills.

·         Demonstrated success in simplifying, standardizing and embedding business processes across organization and stakeholders

·         Ability to collaborate closely and effectively with a cross-functional, matrix environment

·         Driven, resilient that thrives in a fast-paced environment

·         Fluent Mandarin and English are required
