Dealer Marketing Specialist
Job Description

Hybrid role: This position requires to work 3 days on site 2 days at home remote on a full-time basis

Main Duties and Responsibilities include:

Collaborate with Dealers and Dealer association in developing a comprehensive marketing strategy, including retail, events and lead marketing strategy to maximize combined investments and achieve business results.Leverage marketing information, segment trends and competitive information to uncover business opportunities and execute them in order to drive vehicle sales. Lead the deployment of monthly go-to-market plan recommendations including retail, leads, launches strategy, open houses and events.Ensure all dealer communications, social, advertising, etc. are messaged effectively and include correct information.Develop Dealers comprehensive launch plans with strong communication with PR (Internal and External), Product and Brand teams.Collaborate with Centers of Expertise (Media, Site, Social, CRM, Sales, Product and Finance) to refine dealer and association strategies and plans, including use of existing divisional and adjacency promotions.Collaborate with sales, dealer operations, and EV development in order implement successful marketing plans that drive sales.Participate in SSM trade-off decisions/conflict resolution between Centers of Expertise (Brands, Product, Finance, Nameplates)Develop communications message based on critical product attributes and market trends to provide foundation for consumer, dealer, wholesale, and media messages.Develop content for product training as the SME of the vehicle including field training guides, Trailering resources, and dealer-facing training. Analyze data with cross-functional communications to Sales Ops, Regional Teams and Finance on incentive strategy and execution.Act as a resource to the Field teams by developing clear and consistent communications including brand updates, recommended ordering configurations, and constraints. Implement innovative strategies to elevate the customer experience, to achieve brand goals.Provide direction on creative work with dealers in terms of scope, key messages, and customer target; all within the context of Mexico brand umbrella positioning.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required5+ years of product marketing or marketing COE functional experienceProven working experience in project management
