Dealer Marketing Specialist
As the Dealer Marketing Specialist, you will be the critical link between BRP’s marketing strategy and our APAC dealer network. You’ll ensure seamless execution of dealer marketing initiatives—from digital tools to in-store campaigns—while fostering collaboration between dealers, regional teams, and global stakeholders. Your expertise will drive retail performance, brand consistency, and dealer satisfaction across the region.
YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
1. Dealer Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and deploy brand-specific dealer marketing plans, aligned with national campaigns and business objectives.
Lead collaboration workshops with dealers to gather insights on product, pricing, promotions, and placement (4Ps).
Act as the primary liaison between the marketing team and dealers, ensuring two-way communication and advocacy.
Organise and support key dealer events (e.g., boat shows, field days, product launches).
2. Dealer Marketing Tools & Programs
Manage the portfolio of dealer marketing tools, including:
Digital assets (websites, social media templates, inventory ads).
Point-of-Purchase (POP) kits (e.g., EOFY promotions, warranty campaigns).
Marketing Centre assets and training.
Oversee the COOP (Co-Op Advertising) Program, including budget allocation, invoicing, and performance tracking.
Partner with agencies (e.g., 888 Social) to align dealer social media strategies with BRP’s brand moments.
3. Campaign & Retail Support
Drive in-dealership execution of national campaigns, product launches, and tent-pole events.
Develop localized paid campaigns and in-store marketing materials to boost retail performance.
Identify high-growth dealers and create one-to-one marketing initiatives to accelerate their success.
4. Stakeholder & Dealer Engagement
Collaborate with the Global Dealer Marketing team to share best practices and align strategies.
Support District Sales Managers (DSMs) with COOP governance and dealer communications.
Conduct dealer webinars, workshops, and surveys to capture feedback and improve NPS (Net Promoter Score).
Represent BRP at Dealer Council meetings and foster long-term partnerships.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Experience: 5+ years in dealer/distributor marketing, retail marketing, or brand management (powersports, automotive, or luxury retail preferred).
Bachelors in Marketing or similar
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., CMS, social media platforms, email marketing).
Strong project management and budget oversight abilities.
Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
