Job Content:
Main Tasks/ Responsibilities / Authorities:Initiatives to increase parts availabilities at both Volvo and dealer warehouses. Achieve timely rollout of the India MMI Plan in coordination with Global. Initiating and implementing continuous improvement initiatives that
optimize both dealers’ inventory turns and OTC.
Provide analyses, supports and preparation of solution design processes to support dealer development in the area of aftermarket business processes by actively driving forward DEEP roll-out in conjunction with MMI roll-out. Actively participate in development of MMI system through collaboration with Global MMI organizations as well as vendor. Supporting regional MMI customer support in managing MMI enquiry as the first level helpdesk for India and initiate necessary corrective actions to further optimized MMI usages. Supporting Dealer Competence Development especially in the area of MMI and inventory management processes. Process & tool to improve inventory management for small non MMI dealers. Facilitate execution of dealer buyback and supplier returns as per policy. Ensure all ECN (Scrap notices) are executed in India as per schedule. Study First Hit Parts and Second Hit Parts and plan the inventory Product launch preparedness thru ISL and DSL Handle Parts related Chain cases

Required knowledge & experience:
Education/Professional Qualifications required for the position: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Computer Applications with 3 - 7 yrs experience in After Market Parts business Commercial understanding of Parts Planning , logistics and financial processes. Good interpersonal skills Preferred age group: 25 to 30 years Good Analytical & Presentation Skills Advanced Excel and Power BI Hands-on experience in MS Office Willing to Travel across India regular and abroad occasionally Additional Important Requirements: Fluency in English Language
