Summary:

As a Dealer, you are responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintain a positive atmosphere at the tables while dealing assigned games to include but not limit to blackjack, roulette, and poker within the casino.

 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Greet players and maintain a friendly, courteous, pleasant attitude Deal respective live table games with efficiency, proficiency, and professionalism, while providing great guest service Offer to explain the games to inquiring customers and novices Provide accurate game protection and security to the game and all players Ensure that all fill and credit slips and other documents presented are accurate and complete Maintain confidentiality regarding customers, team members, promotional ideas and business plans Notify supervisor of any irregularities in the game, including play, possible gaming violations, personnel or operational problems Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, as they apply to the position Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards Perform other duties as assigned
