**Job Summary**
The Deal Registration Specialist serves as a critical resource within SHI’s sales organization, providing operational guidance and support on all aspects of partner deal registration. This role ensures operational excellence through accurate and timely submission of deal registrations, comprehensive status updates, and expert knowledge of partner programs. The Specialist is responsible for continuously improving processes, supporting team initiatives, and maintaining a high level of customer service for both internal and external stakeholders.
**Role Description**
+ Guide SHI’s sales organization and assist with any/all deal registration and operational questions.
+ Keep current and be a subject matter expert on all partner Deal registration programs, policies and procedures, and process promotions.
+ Keeping CRM up to date for all submissions and status partners.
+ Assisting with onboarding new deal registration partners.
+ Conduct value-add activities related to deal registration as we expand our scope.
+ Collaborate with various departments to ensure the deal registration process is efficient and effective.
+ Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance deal registration procedures and practices.
+ Take ownership of execution in submitting partner deal registrations and giving status updates via email and through CRM in a timely manner.
+ Act as a "go-to" operational resource for SHI’s sales organization to answer general questions about deal registration requirements, extensions, and/or updates.

**Skill Level Requirements**

+ Ability to effectively utilize applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to enhance productivity and perform various tasks efficiently - Basic
+ Proficient in utilizing Microsoft SharePoint for document management, collaboration, and workflow automation to enhance team productivity and information sharing - Basic
+ Experience with business tools such as Customer Resource Management, Sales Center, AX, etc. - Basic
+ Proficient in reading, interpreting, and understanding contracts and Request for Proposals (RFPs) to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational goals and requirements - Basic
**Other Requirements**
+ Completed Bachelor’s Degree required
+ A minimum of 1 year of Deal Registration or Partner Sales Support experience
+ 1-3 years of experience in a business office, inside/outside sales, or partner sales support preferred
+ Position requires 10-15% travel for ongoing enablement and training
+ Extended hours are required to complete some special projects
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $40,000 - $60,000, which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
