DDD Compliance Coordinator

We offer professional development, award-winning leadership, work-life balance, and internal job growth!   We are currently looking for a full-time DDD Compliance Coordinator to join our organization. The core function of this role is to support the Direct Support Services (DSS) department and the Operations department by ensuring that the agency is in compliance with DDD rules and regulations (regarding clients). Location: 95% remote + 5% in-office Pay: $23-$26 per hour, DOE + Scheduled Raise Program Schedule: M-F 9am-5pm (flexible) This might be a perfect fit for you if you: + ... have strong organizational skills; + ... consider yourself flexible and able to adapt to changing processes and systems; + ... are able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;  + ... have excellent customer service skills; + ... want a hybrid role that allows at least 95% remote work; and + ... are looking for a place to stay and grow a career!  ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:  Program Compliance (DSS Matching Activities and ATC)  + Serve as a backup to the DDD Compliance Specialist by assisting as needed in matching activities with Direct Support Services (DSS) staff to ensure a successful/timely outcome + Ensure that Attendant Care services (ATC) tasks and monitoring visits are scheduled, completed, and that the documentation received is accurate and complete Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) Compliance  + Track activities and report back to the appropriate departments to facilitate any necessary support  + Carry out duties as assigned involving DDD compliance (e.g., ongoing service authorizations, contract compliance tasks, collection of quarterly/yearly documentation, monitoring visits, etc.)  + Ensure documentation and authorizations are received timely and are accurate   + Work closely with DDD staff and clients/families to ensure standards are met  + Process and upload needed progress reports to DDD  + Collaborate across departments to implement and improve processes related to DSS/DDD Customer Service  + Communicate with clients and staff to provide high quality service and resolve challenges efficiently and effectively  + Participate in follow-up processes to ensure that families and staff are adequately supported by AZA United  + Collaborate with all levels of employees and management  + Answer phones, provide information, route calls, take messages, etc.  + Respond quickly, efficiently and professionally to email communications Experience & Qualifications: + G.E.D. or HS Diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred + At least 1 year of complex administrative experience required (experience with funding sources such as DDD, insurance, etc. is a PLUS) + Experience with and/or knowledge of the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) preferred + Successful experience in a role that required strong organization skills and a high attention to detail + Proficient typing and computer skills, including Microsoft Office products   + Must be able to obtain an AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card, provide driver's license, proof of car insurance/registration, and other hiring requirements Perks Include:  We provide a collaborative work environment focused on transparent communication, teamwork and professional growth!
