Job Requirements
Execute & deliver the automation projects (Greenfield & Brownfield) using Symphony plus systems with Quality and within scheduleProvide technical expertise in Symphony plus DCS system configurations, programming of HMI/ Control logic, testing, and functional verificationsGenerate Control logics, HMI screens & conduct testing and functional verification in Symphony plus systemPrepare documentation for Pre-FAT & FAT and conduct Pre-FAT and FAT activities Support system commissioning, including pre-commissioning and troubleshooting as neededExecute Ethernet network configurations and communication protocols (OPC, Modbus, Profibus etc.) as neededInterpret P&IDs and control narratives. Prepare technical documentation including FDS, IO lists, operation manuals and test proceduresEnsure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and safety standards

Work Experience
10+ years of working experience in DCS system design & engineering with 5+ years of experience in ABB Symphony plus system. Good experience in Pre-FAT, FAT, installation and commissioning of DCS systemsGood understanding of plant process control concepts, capturing the behavior of process and PID tuning relevance to process control.Good knowledge on ethernet network various communication protocolsProven track record in leading large-scale DCS projects, preferably in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or manufacturing sectors.Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skillsTeam player and able to guide & manage a team in project execution
