Job Requirements
Execute & deliver the automation projects (Greenfield & Brownfield) using 800xA systems with Quality and within scheduleInterpret P&IDs and control narratives. Provide technical expertise in 800xA DCS system programming of HMI/ Control logic, testing, and functional verificationsDesigning and sizing the system architecture for a given requirement, deciding all subsystems needed, third-party components needed etc.Configure system-level features (client-server, workspaces, aspects, alarms, reports, historical data, trends etc.)   Prepare documentation for Pre-FAT & FAT and conduct Pre-FAT and FAT activities.Support system commissioning, including pre-commissioning and troubleshooting as neededExecute Ethernet network configurations and communication protocols (OPC, Modbus, Profibus etc.) as needed

Prepare technical documentation including FDS, IO lists, operation manuals and test procedures

Work Experience
A Graduate engineer with 7 to 12 years of working experience in DCS system design & engineering with around 5+ years of experience in ABB 800xA system. Good understanding of 800xA system architecture.Good experience in Pre-FAT, FAT, installation and commissioning of DCS systemsGood understanding of plant process control concepts, capturing the behavior of process and PID tuning relevance to process control.Good knowledge on ethernet network various communication protocolsProven track record in leading large-scale DCS projects, preferably in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or manufacturing sectors.Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. Team player and able to guide & manage a team in project execution
