ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Wholesale Team Leader to manage and lead a high-performing team in our fast-paced Cotton On UK Distribution Centre. This role is To enable the vision, manage a high performing wholesale team to provide world-class service to our wholesale channels.

You will be responsible for coaching and leading your team, optimising workflows, and maintaining high standards in accuracy, productivity, and safety. If you are passionate about working within a global retailer who is focused on delivering the best service to their customers, then apply now!

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Experience in distribution centre operations, wholesale process or Retail logistic or Customer service role

Retail Industry Knowledge: Understanding of retail distribution, order fulfillment, and supply chain operations.

Ability to drive efficiency, accuracy, and productivity in DC processing

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle escalations and resolve customer complaints efficiently.

Knowledge of resource planning, scheduling, and KPI management

Communication & People Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for managing both the team and customer interactions.

Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Compliance & Reporting: Awareness of UK consumer protection laws and regulations related to retail and distribution. 

AVAILABILITY

We require full-time availability which may include weekends, as well as the flexibility to work outside standard operating hours when necessary.
