Join our team as a Distribution Center Warehouse Associate on 2nd Shift! We’re looking for motivated individuals ready to excel in a fast-paced environment and help us deliver excellence every day.Shift & Location:2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM, Overtime may be requiredLocation: Richland Distribution CenterPay & Benefits:Starting pays: $23.50 (base rate $22.00 plus $1.50 shift differential)Monthly performance incentive: Potential to earn up to $5.50 extra per direct hourOn-the-job trainingMedical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, disability, and life insurance after 30 days401K with company matchVacation, paid holidays, sick time, , personal time and paid parental leaveEmployee purchase and stock purchase programsOptional critical illness and accident insurance (AFLAC)Product discounts and more!Qualifications:Warehouse experience preferred but not requiredExperience with material handling equipment or forklifts desired but not requiredAbility to bend, twist, stretch, push, pull, carry, and liftComfortable standing/walking for up to 12 hoursAbility to work at heights up to 30 feet (for some equipment roles)General computer and math skillsResponsibilities:Accurately sort, pick, label, and store product in assigned locationsOperate powered industrial equipment (stand-up order picker, reach truck, electric pallet jack, dock stocker, sit-down forklift)Assemble containers and maintain organized suppliesPerform daily tasks using hand-held RF scanners or voice unitsAlways maintain inventory integrity and product safetyCommunicate effectively with coworkers and demonstrate teamworkParticipate in associate meetings and share feedback with managementFollow all standard operating procedures and adhere to OSHA standards and company policiesWhy Join Us?
