This position will report to our EnerSys Energy Systems business, which serves the telecom, cable broadband, industrial, renewable, and data center markets. Our portfolio combines our stored energy expertise with power systems, enclosures, and renewable energy products to deliver world-class solutions for diverse applications such as 5G, broadband, Internet of Things (IoT), data center, and solar power. Our cutting-edge technology includes Lithium batteries, Fault Managed Power Systems, and Extended Run Time battery backup systems that improve the reliability and resiliency of broadband networks.

Job Purpose
Join the Reserve Power and Engineered Services Project Management team, supporting today’s fast-moving digital world. EnerSys has an immediate need for a Project Manager for its growing services division. With a focus on customer service, this position provides management oversight for all phases of the construction project, including coordinating workers, materials, and equipment. The Project Manager II Service typically manages multiple higher revenue projects, multiple high revenue projects, with the total value of projects exceeding $5 million dollars, ensuring that specifications and safety procedures are followed and that the work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.
Minimum Qualifications
2-year degree OR 2 years of equivalent training 6-8 years of related industry/construction experience 2-4 years of supervisory experience PMP certification acquired or in process -preferred Knowledge of code requirements for specialty trade systems and their integration into overall facility or project plans Advanced proficiency/understanding of CAD drawings, Gantt charts, MS Project, Excel, and Visio Ability to work with limited direct supervision Ability and willingness to learn and grow within the organization Strong verbal, telephone, and written communications skills Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and the Internet General Job Requirements This position will work in an office setting, expect minimal physical demands.
