**DC Fulfillment Associate – Haslet, TX** **Starting Pay: $20/hr** **Shifts Available: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM** Are you looking for a steady opportunity with a growing team? We’re hiring **DC Fulfillment Associates** for a temperature-controlled distribution center in Haslet, TX. If you have experience in warehouse operations and enjoy fast-paced, hands-on work, we want to hear from you! **What You’ll Do:** + Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with speed and accuracy + Stock shelves and manage inventory to ensure availability of products + Operate material handling equipment (manual and electric) – training and certification provided if needed + Complete order verifications and accurately process shipments + Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks or forklifts + Ensure compliance with safety and inventory control procedures + Communicate with customer service, purchasing, and logistics teams to meet order deadlines + Cross-train in other areas to support overall warehouse operations **What We’re Looking For:** + Minimum 2 years of warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred + Previous experience with stand-up forklifts (reach truck, order picker, or counterbalance) is a plus – or be willing to get certified + Comfortable using ERP systems (D365 is a plus) and basic computer applications + Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to thrive in a team setting + Reliable with consistent attendance and a great work ethic + Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the shift **Requirements:** + High school diploma or GED required + Able to communicate effectively in English + Must be available for occasional overtime based on business needs Ready to be part of a company that values your contribution and invests in your growth?
