DC - Employment Specialist - PT Job Details Salary Range $19.00 - $19.00 Description Essential Functions: Train, supervise, and support the individuals for work in the community. 2. Define individual’s job criteria and contact prospective employers to meet the criteria 3. Assist in developing individual plans for each individual and implement services and training as detailed by same; 4. Conduct and write assessments, reports, and other documentation for individuals; 5. Conduct job assessments; maintains documentation of job development; job placement, and other related activities; 6. Provide job coaching to the individual at the work site to ensure employment success 7. Conduct individual observations 8. Coordinate transportation for job development activities; may also provide training to individuals regarding the use of public transport to/from employment site 9. Ensures that individual performance is monitored and meets employer requirements and specifications for quantity and quality 11. Conduct follow-up support to assist individuals with the maintenance of employment 12. Attend and participate in all relevant agency events, workshops, training, and meetings 13. Provide coverage when there is a staffing need 14. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
