DC Delegated Solutions Manager

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Delegated Solutions team at Mercer. This role will be based in Toronto. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The DC Delegated Solutions Manager is responsible for managing the governance and ongoing management of delegated solutions for Mercer’s DC Delegated business. This role involves coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery, maintaining governance and compliance, and supporting the innovation and growth of the solutions.

The DC Delegated Solutions Manager will serve as a partner to the DC Delegated Business LeaderThis role requires a strong strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.The manager will evaluate service offerings, review client segmentation, and optimize operational processes to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.The role includes managing documentation and ensuring accurate reporting and analysis.

Monitor and advance project initiatives to continue to innovate existing and future solutionsProvide recommendations to solve problems and issues related to operations, process efficiency, quantify their impact, defines their benefits and shares with leadershipCollaborate and develop relationships with internal groups as well as serve as a relationship manager to external vendorsSupport creation of client deliverablesLead internal meetings

What you need to have:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, finance or related discipline;Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written, interpersonal, and project management skillsKnowledge of the investment and pension environmentFamiliarity with pension legislationAbility to multi-task, work in high volume, work under tight deadlines and demonstrate problem solving skills;Overall good technical skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
