What You'll Do: As a Residential Childcare Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in the lives of the children and teens we support by: + Providing consistent supervision and support in a safe, therapeutic environment + Building positive, trusting relationships with youth + Helping implement individualized treatment plans and daily routines + Promoting emotional development, healthy behaviors, and life skills + Documentation This is an ideal position for individuals passionate about youth development, mental health, or education—whether you're starting your career or seeking a meaningful change.
