**Job Description:**
**Days: Sunday, Tuesday-Friday (Days maybe subject to change)**
**Hours: Start time could be 10:00 am**
**End time could be 5:00 pm (All times are subject to change)**
Responsible for checking electronic equipment in/out to management and employees from the Radio Room daily. Maintain status, condition of equipment, and print new bar codes as needed. Print status reports to verify equipment inventory.
Responsibilities:
Updating daily tracking documents (Excel)
Scanning and emailing documents
Perform daily audits of electronic equipment
Document names of employees who are checking equipment in/out
Utilizing computer/laptop to check radio and Honeywell devices in/out
Communicate daily with employees
Qualifications:
High school diploma, GED
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Strong verbal and communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Available to work 5 days a week
Availability to work extended days/hours during Peak Season (November 1st – December 13st)
