Join Our Team as a Youth Soccer Coach! - Currently looking for coaches with Daytime Weekday Availability - Ideally someone who lives close to Maple Grove and has experience working with young kids / daycares / elementary schools.

Soccer Stars is looking for enthusiastic and passionate Youth Soccer Coaches to work with children ages 2 to 10 years. As a coach, you will lead fun, educational, and skill-building soccer sessions that promote physical activity and teamwork. We aim to instill a love for soccer in a non-competitive environment, ensuring every child has the opportunity to succeed and grow.

Responsibilities Include:

Conducting age-appropriate soccer classes aligned with our curriculum. Creating a fun, engaging, and safe learning environment. Encouraging skill development for each participant. Providing positive feedback and reinforcement to promote confidence. Communicating effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child’s progress.

Requirements

Passion for working with children. Previous coaching experience or a background in sports is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Enthusiastic, patient, and adaptable. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends from time to time. Willingness to undergo a background check.
