What You'll Be Doing

Operate equipment and perform general labor tasks to support plant operations

Assist with material handling, cleanup, and housekeeping duties

Monitor and report equipment or safety issues promptly

Support maintenance and production teams as needed

Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Ability to work safely and follow instructions in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to perform physical labor and operate various types of equipment

Strong work ethic and dependability

Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills

Flexibility to work different shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check

Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
