What You'll Be Doing

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on plant equipment and machinery.

Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.

Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently to support plant operations.

Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal plant performance and uptime.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inspections.

What Are We Looking For

Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with industrial tools, welding, and fabrication techniques.

Commitment to safety and attention to detail.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and operational needs.

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.

Must be eligible to work in the United States and comply with all company policies and procedures.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

Physical Demands of the Job

Frequently required to stand, walk, climb, bend, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) in a physically demanding environment.

Must be able to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions for extended periods.

Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required, including hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toed boots.
