Datacenter Engagement Manager

Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond. **Responsibilities** + Design and implement a variety of employee engagement programmes and campaigns that align with the organisation’s vision, values, and strategic goals. + Work with local and regional leadership to drive Thrive initiatives and other employee engagement opportunities + Plan and execute internal and external events, such as team building activities, social gatherings, recognition ceremonies, training sessions, and conferences, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and meet the expectations of the participants. + Coordinate with virtual teams across local and regional teams to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and participation in engagement and event activities. + Monitor and evaluate the impact of engagement and event initiatives on employee satisfaction, retention, productivity, and performance, using various methods such as surveys, feedback forms, focus groups, and analytics. + Report on the outcomes and achievements of engagement and event activities, highlighting successes, challenges and areas for improvement. + Research and benchmark best practices and trends in employee engagement and event management, and propose new ideas and innovations to enhance the employee experience. + Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as senior leaders, HR, managers, employees, vendors, suppliers, and partners. + Embody our culture and values . **Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:** + Experience in employee engagement, event coordination, or similar Project manager role + This role requires proficiency in written, reading, and conversational English and Swedish for business operations and stakeholders communications + A valid driver’s license is required _*This role requires you to be on-site, and the location has limited public transport. Your own form of transport is advised._ **Background Check Requirements:** Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: + Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. While not required, we also look for the following **Preferred Qualifications:** + Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office product suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Word. Proficiency in creating and managingSharepoint and PowerBi resources. + Experience working in a global environment, collaborating with teams in differentcountries and time zones. + Experience with building and nurturing partnerships, collaborate and influence across multiple stakeholders in- and outside of Microsoft and within a team.
