**Job Summary** We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Databricks SQL Databricks Workflows and PySpark. Experience in the Cards and Payments domain is a plus. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects during day shifts with no travel required. **Responsibilities** + Develop and maintain scalable data processing solutions using Databricks SQL and PySpark to enhance data-driven decision-making. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient workflows using Databricks Workflows ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. + Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. + Optimize data pipelines for performance and reliability ensuring data accuracy and availability for stakeholders. + Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. + Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices and coding standards. + Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. + Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and actionable plans. + Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation. + Contribute to the development of data governance policies and procedures ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. + Lead initiatives to improve data quality and integrity enhancing the overall value of the companys data assets. + Collaborate with domain experts in Cards and Payments to develop solutions that meet industry-specific needs and challenges. + Support the deployment of data solutions in a hybrid work model balancing remote and on-site collaboration effectively. **Qualifications** + Possess strong expertise in Databricks SQL Databricks Workflows and PySpark with a proven track record of successful project delivery. + Demonstrate experience in the Cards and Payments domain with the ability to apply domain knowledge to technical solutions. + Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Show proficiency in data analysis and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets. + Have strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. + Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. + Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges and opportunities for improvement.
