This is a unique opportunity to influence enterprise-scale data architecture and help shape the future of data-driven decision-making. **Your role** + Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance data pipelines and models for Data Lakes and Warehouses.btains tasks from the project lead or Team Lead (TL), prepares functional and design specifications, approves them with all stakeholders. + Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment. + Drive architectural decisions and ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and reliability standards. + Manage project timelines, provide accurate estimations, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. + Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks, resolving complex issues within your area of responsibility. + Champion code quality through reviews, standards, and best practices, while mentoring team members. + Continuously seek opportunities to optimize data workflows and contribute innovative ideas to improve product value. **Your skills and experience** + 8 years of professional experience in data engineering or related fields, with strong proficiency in Python and advanced SQL. + Databricks Certification is required, along with hands-on experience using Databricks, Spark, and Snowflake. + Proven expertise in building scalable data pipelines and distributed computing systems. + 5 years of experience with ETL orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Flink, Oozie, Azkaban) on AWS or GCP. + Deep knowledge of database platforms such as Redshift, PostgreSQL, and Snowflake. + Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM) and familiarity with reporting tools like Tableau, Superset, or Looker. + Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams. **Life at Capgemini** **Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
