What You’ll Do

Sell Oracle’s flagship, industry-leading product—the Oracle Database—across multiple platforms. Understand customer motivations and industry trends to effectively align Oracle’s solutions with their needs. Build and nurture long-term strategic relationships within high-profile enterprise accounts. Develop and manage a strong, qualified sales pipeline while leading strategic, customer-focused account planning and forecasting. Serve as a trusted advisor, influencing customer decisions to buy, design, and adopt Oracle solutions. Collaborate across Oracle’s ecosystem and technology partners to drive customer transformation and build lasting capabilities. Cultivate deep client relationships by building trust, partnership, and emotional connection to the Oracle brand and team. Engage with key executives, including C-level leaders and decision-makers. Communicate the compelling “Why Oracle” story, showcasing the value of our unified, multi-pillar offerings. Lead business development initiatives to increase awareness and pipeline for Oracle Data and PaaS solutions. Prospect and identify viable opportunities within assigned accounts. Manage complex sales cycles leveraging support from Pre-Sales, Product Management, Executives, and Industry Business Units. Travel as needed (role may be virtual).

What you will bring

Expertise in IaaS, PaaS, and database solutions. Familiarity with open-source technologies and competitive databases like Postgres and MongoDB. Solutions-focused and proactive attitude toward overcoming obstacles. Proven success in consultative selling and consistently exceeding goals.
