The DB Engineer will be responsible for handling business requests, formalizing them technically, and monitoring project progress by following the changes performed by the RUN team.

He/She will also manage DB administration and incident during the handover period.

Responsibilities:

Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Design the database solutions tailored to business needs with the support of the architectManage and track incidents and tickets through internal tools.Participate in the migration of the databasesPerform performance analysis of production systems.Ensure systems comply with the group standards.Perform all the test and validationDatabase installations: install and configure or upgrade database and provide associated documentationIssues analysis in the build phaseProvide authentication information to applicative integratorProvide technical expertise, technology watch.Automation of deployments / DevOps technologiesRepeating tasks automationContinuously improve and write procedures / reflex sheets for supervision and operation teamsKnowledge of ITIL processes and the Agile methodology

Required Skills:

Expertise in database management systems (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).Proficiency in query optimization and performance management.Knowledge of database backup and restoration tools.Strong understanding of Database architecture concepts.Strong proficiency in ticket management systems.Database: Oracle, MongoDB, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch.Ability to estimate workload & detect platform needsIssues analysis in the build phaseProvide technical expertise, technology watch.Web oriented application installation and configuration: Apache, IIS, Nginx, Tomcat, Jboss, Weblogic, HAProxy, Certificate management

Experience:
