Job Description Insight Global is seeking an Oracle Database Administrator for one of our largest clients in Downtown Cleveland. The Administrator will be supporting enterprise-wide initiatives and projects, most heavily within the Oracle ERP space as the client is in the middle of transitioning Oracle ERP to Oracle Cloud. They will be responsible for level 3 or 4 troubleshooting activities, participating in some architecture collaboration, performance tuning, and helping the team modernize the delivery of database solutions. Skills and Requirements - Bachelors degree in Computer Science related field, or 12+ years of professional IT experience in lieu of a degree. - 4+ years of professional experience in Database Administration. o Database design, implementation, documentation, and management. - Experience specifically with Oracle relational database. o Oracle Database 19c, OCI, and/or Autonomous Database. - Strong experience with Oracle EBS - Foundational understanding of Linux all databases run on Linux platforms. - Knowledge and experience in database performance tuning, backup and recovery strategies, and data security practices. - DevOps background (Jenkins, Ansible, Python, etc.). - Previous experience working within an Agile environment. - Experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite (EBS) R12. null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
