The Opportunity:

As a skilled Database Developer with deep expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, you'll design, develop, and optimize robust database solutions that support Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) systems. In this role, you will collaborate closely with application developers, ICAM architects, and security professionals to ensure database components are efficient, secure, and scalable. You'll leverage expertise in ICAM principles and other RDBMS platforms.

You Have:

Experience with MS SQL ServerExperience with T-SQL development, including complex stored procedures, triggers, and user-defined functionsExperience with source control systems and deployment automation toolsExperience working in Agile or DevOps environmentsKnowledge of relational database design, indexing strategies, normalization, and performance tuningKnowledge of database security principles, including in identity and access managementAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and cybersecurity staffActive TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph examHS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

Experience with additional relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL or MySQLExperience with ETL processes and data integration toolsExperience with performance monitoring tools for databasesExperience with identity management or secure access control systemsKnowledge of ICAM standards such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect or FIDOKnowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Database DevOps practicesKnowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks such NIST, GDPR, or HIPAATS/SCI clearance with a polygraphMicrosoft SQL Server certifications

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
