 What You Will Do:

Input incoming suppliers request for information [SRI].Maintain and update each supplier request as it moves through the processCollect, clean, manage and analyze data from various sourcesEnsure accuracy and identify trends to inform business decisionsData input and validation, data maintenance and database upkeepCollaboration with cross-functional teamsUpdate applicable tracking sheets

What You Will Bring:

HS Diploma/GED with 2+ years in database coordination/B2B customer serviceAttention to detailMust understand process flowMS Excel skills including sorting, formulas, vLookups etc.Adapt and support process improvement effortsMaintain professionalism with customers, suppliers, and team members

Pay Range: $24.24/hr – $31.25/hr

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

This position is classified as Remote within the United States. Candidates must be located within USA.

Travel requirements: Due to the nature of the work, less than 5% travel is required.

Citizenship requirement: Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
