To find out more visit www.lenovo.com , and read about the latest news via ourStoryHub (https://news.lenovo.com/) . **Description and Requirements** DBA Job description **You will:** Ÿ Install, upgrade, patching database software Ÿ Maintaining database operation including backup and restoration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, monitoring and capacity planning etc Ÿ Provide production support of large scales enterprise systems for internal and external clients Ÿ Provide support in change, incident and problem management Ÿ Participating in technical tasks of database vulnerability check, security tools implementation, server upgrade, migration and troubleshooting Ÿ Create and maintain batch and shell script in various platform **You bring:** Ÿ University graduate in Computer Science or related disciplines Ÿ 4+ years IT Infrastructure & Operations experience Ÿ Minimum 2 year’s experience supporting an Oracle database including Data Guard, Partitioning, RAC, multitenant etc Ÿ Experience in database performance tuning and SQL tuning Ÿ Experience in database backup using software including IBM TSM, Networker and NetBackup Ÿ Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server / MySQL / MariaDB Database administration Ÿ Knowledge of IBM DB2 database administration Ÿ OCP certificate is an advantage Ÿ Able to read and write Chinese or converse in Mandarin/ Cantonese will be an advantage to support Hong Kong clients Ÿ Able to support shift hours and weekends on rotation basis: + Primary Morning (M) working hours : 7:00am – 4:00pm + Primary Afternoon (A) working hours : 3:00pm – 12:00am + Primary Night (N) Working hours : 11:00pm – 8:00am \#LPS **Additional Locations** : * Malaysia * Malaysia
