**Job Description:** · The Data Warehouse Technical Program Manager (TPM) will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects related to data warehouse development, enhancement, migration, and optimization. This role bridges technical expertise and program management skills to ensure the successful integration of data solutions that meet business needs. You will collaborate closely with engineering, analytics, BI, and business stakeholder teams to align data warehouse capabilities with organizational goals. **Responsibilities:** · Drive end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of data warehouse initiatives, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards. · Develop project roadmaps, milestones, and success criteria in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. · Manage dependencies and risks across multiple concurrent projects. · Oversee data integration, ETL/ELT pipeline development, and schema design projects. · Ensure data modeling, governance, and quality standards are met. · Facilitate data migration or modernization projects (e.g., from on-prem to cloud platforms such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift). **Experience:** · 5+ years of program or project management experience, with at least 2 years in a technical data/BI environment. · Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts, dimensional modeling, and ETL/ELT pipelines. · Experience working with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI). · Familiarity with cloud data platforms (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, Azure Synapse, etc.). · Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills. **Skills:** · Data Warehouse · Technical Program Management · SQL · Cloud US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
