 What You will Do:

Manage cross-functional projects as an individual contributor, ensuring alignment across business units and timely execution.Develop interactive data visualizations in Tableau to uncover insights and drive decisions in manufacturing operations.Lead continuous improvement efforts using Agile, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.Demonstrate strong knowledge of manufacturing routers and operation sequences to support process standardization.Present data-driven insights to leadership and facilitate alignment across departments and business units.Script and automate workflows using Microsoft SQL, SharePoint Lists, and Power Automate to support digital transformation goals.Create and manage databases to maintain data integrity and enable scalable digital solutions.Oversee capital investments and lead the implementation of new software and digital tools within operations.Apply 5S and TPM practices to improve workplace organization, safety, and equipment reliability.Identify opportunities to improve product manufacturability, reduce costs, and enhance reliability.Troubleshoot complex manufacturing challenges using structured cause-and-effect analysis techniques.Utilize the RCCA methodology to resolve issues, own corrective actions, and reduce non-conformance rates.Track daily tasks and project progress to ensure accountability and meet critical milestones.Create executive-level presentations that communicate process performance, cost savings, and productivity improvements.

How You Will Get Here:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experienceSolid understanding of manufacturing operations, continuous improvement, and lean six sigmaFamiliarity with Tableau preferredExpert in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams with PlannerSelf-motivated to ensure accountability, disciplined to improve processes, passionate about engineering, and organized to track many work streamsExcellent verbal and written communicationOrganized with the ability to multi-task while driving actions to completionExcellent communication and teamwork skills

Pay Range: $75,000 - $90,000 a year

Work Requirements:

This role is considered an on-site, first shift position located in Windsor Locks, CT.You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.  Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs. 

Citizenship requirement: Due to the nature of this role, proof of US Citizenship is required upon hire.

Travel requirements: Due to the nature of the work, 5% of travel is required
