You are a data visualization engineer with a proven track record in design and development of enterprise data visualization solutions.  You have a keen eye to understand the business needs and deliver innovative and intuitive visual analytics solutions. You tell stories with data, bridging the gap using user-centered design and cutting-edge technologies, you aspire to make data-driven design decisions, and above all, you want to be involved in using data to create beautiful stories that matter. You thrive in a collaborative environment and bring your own perspectives on Data Visualization. You are highly motivated, with a passion for data modeling, analytics, and technology.

Responsibilities:

Contribute to the visualization strategy and deliver scalable, efficient solutions that meet business needsDesign and develop end-to-end visual analytics solutions using best practices in usability and user experienceBuild dashboards and reports that deliver strategic, operational, and tactical insightsCollaborate cross-functionally with product managers, analysts, engineers, and business partners to ensure performance, security, and maintainabilityPromote and contribute to visualization standards, best practices, and community knowledge sharingSupport enterprise systems following ITIL/ITSM practicesDocument repeatable processes and support automation initiativesCreate and maintain technical documentation, training materials, and SOPs

About you

Key Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience in data visualization and delivering interactive dashboardsStrong expertise in Power BI (architecture & development)Proficiency in DAX, KPIs, hierarchies, and data modeling conceptsSolid communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a teamPassion for continuous learning and staying up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s in computer science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics or related fieldsKnowledge of data warehouse concepts, scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell), and security modelsFamiliarity with Snowflake and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), along with Agile and DevOps practicesBonus: Experience in pharma/healthcare data
