Be part of a forward-thinking Strategy and Transformation team dedicated to pushing boundaries and redefining business processes through innovative analytics solutions. **Role Responsibilities:** + Develop and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards tailored to commercial needs. + Collaborate closely with the D&T team to productionalise these reports once they are ready and brief semantic models for GB Users to create their own reports. + Work with the Commercial Teams to ensure they can create their own reports and hold drop in clinics to solve issues blocking this + Analyse business processes within GB to find opportunities for enhanced data visualisation. + Drive the Data Science and AI agenda by using analytics tools to deliver actionable insights. + Provide ad-hoc support for Finance and Marketing functions by developing relevant visualisations. **Experience / skills required:** + Proven experience in Power BI development, including DAX programming and report optimisation. + Strong understanding of data management principles and business processes. + Demonstrated passion for data science, analytics, and AI technologies. + Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data sets into understandable insights for stakeholders. **Flexible Working Statement:** Flexibility is key to our success.
