**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 5 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, or consulting.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Experience with enterprise sales, working with partners to identify technical challenges and opportunities, selling AdTech and MarTech solutions, and leading project planning.
+ Experience working closely with sales and cross-functional teams and influencing key, executive stakeholders across all levels.
+ Experience working with Google products (e.g., Google Ads, DV360, Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Ads Data Hub or Google Cloud).
+ Ability to effectively communicate with executive clients, including verbal and visual presentations, and work in changing environments.
+ Familiarity with big data and data warehouses (e.g., DSPs, targeting, etc.).
+ Excellent time-management, prioritization and verbal and written presentation skills.

As a part of the Large Customer Sales team, our Data Measurement and Analytics team, composed of Analytical and Data Transformation Leads, is at the forefront of this effort. As a Data Transformation Lead, you will be accountable for measurement solution design and driving client commitment for key data integration capabilities by owning the durable measurement narrative with clients at all levels. You will establish modern measurement foundations that will ultimately drive better media outcomes and accelerate AI Innovation through follow-on projects like offline data infrastructure, creative AI business applications, predictive bidding and new innovations.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $103,000-$148,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. **Responsibilities:**
+ Engage in strategic partnerships with customers to define their data and measurement infrastructure strategy, and collaboratively establish a roadmap and goal to guide its successful execution.
+ Lead the first-party data integration and durable measurement sales cycle for performance and lead gen advertisers across Google buying doors (Google Ads and GMP).
+ Drive conceptual client buy-in and adoption of foundational infrastructure such as enhanced conversions, enhanced conversions for leads, gTag, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and advanced usage of AI offerings, Google Ads Data Manager, sGTM, PAIR, etc.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact on durable ad measurement and first-party data ingestion in Google platforms. Educate, drive influence, and build relationships with relevant stakeholders through measurement subject matter expertise.
+ Orchestrate the execution of tech projects through both internal and external implementation partners.
