Zantech is looking for a talented Data Systems SME / Project Manager to lead comprehensive project management for a data systems modernization project, serving as single point of contact to the Contracting Officer and COR for an upcoming Hybrid role supporting the USCG. This role requires exceptional federal IT project management experience with demonstrated success in complex system modernization initiatives. Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to: + Manage all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery + Coordinate with USCG stakeholders and maintain regular communication + Prepare and submit monthly progress reports by 7th of each month + Manage project risks, issues, and change requests + Ensure adherence to project schedule, budget, and quality standards + Facilitate project meetings and stakeholder coordination + Must respond to technical problem requests within 24 hours Required Experience or Knowledge of the following technologies/functions: + 8+ years in federal IT project management with 3+ years in system modernization + Federal acquisition and contract management + Agile/Scrum project management methodologies + Risk management and issue resolution + Stakeholder management and communication + Quality assurance and performance management + Microsoft Project and collaboration tools Preferred Certifications/Education: + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field + Master's degree in Project Management or Business Administration + Advanced coursework in federal acquisition + Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent + Agile/Scrum Master certification + ITIL certification + Federal acquisition certifications (FAC-PM) + Microsoft Project certification Required Security Clearance: + US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret or higher clearance, per contract requirements. “Outstanding Performance…Always!” Our corporate motto represents our commitment to build long-term relationships with both our clients and our employees by providing the highest quality service in everything we do.
