This includes integrating data from various sources such as CRM systems, web analytics, and marketing platforms to create a unified view of customer behavior and campaign performance. + Supporting applications and collaborating with web analytics and tag management systems product owners; ensuring data quality and compliance from capture to distribution and analyses. + Collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, data science, and legal/compliance to leverage customer data for personalized marketing campaigns and customer journey optimization. + Ensuring data privacy and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) by developing and maintaining a robust data governance framework and documentation to ensure data quality and consistency. **Your Skills and Expertise:** _To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:_ + Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field from an accredited institution. + Solid experience in Digital Analytics, Customer Data Platforms, and/or tag management in a private, public, government, or military environment. + Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively and accurately with minimal errors. _Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:_ + Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related field. + Experience working in a highly matrixed organization. + Strong hands-on experience with Tealium Audience Stream CDP. + Working knowledge of Securiti.ai Consent Management Platform. + Knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations. + Hands-on experience with AI/ML applications. + Working knowledge of Data Clean Room (DCR) technologies. + JavaScript, CSS, and HTML background. + Familiarity with APIs and data feeds to connect and retrieve data across platforms is a strong asset. **Work location:** This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week in the office located in Sumaré, São Paulo (SP). **Supporting Your Well-being** 3M offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
