Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world. **Job Location - Dallas TX (Day One Onsite - 5 days in a week)** **About The Role** + Capgemini’s FS Division is looking for a strategy consultant to understand and implement its data strategy across the clients division aligning to its firm approved data strategy and practices. + This role will be coordinating with CTO to implement any new data strategies on premise and cloud **Key Responsibilities** + Partner with CTO and key IT leaders stakeholders to advise and implement data strategy and framework aligned with the firm’s needs and divisional objectives + Architect and implement enterprise-grade solutions for data management, focusing on data integrity, integration, and distribution capabilities + Develop and improve existing data models to accurately represent end to end business processes, ensuring they're scalable and fully integrate with the extensive data architecture + Design and implement scalable data pipelines, orchestrating complex workflows across our systems. + Drive technology modernization efforts by helping transition legacy systems to the next-generation data solution + Guide and mentor junior data engineers, promoting best practices in SQL, Python, and cloud technologies, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. + Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with relevant internal standards and external regulations + Evaluate and recommend modern data technologies, tools, and platforms. + Implement best practices in data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and real-time data streaming. + Drive automation and CI/CD practices in data engineering workflows. **Required Skills** + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. + 8+ years of experience in data engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. + Proven experience designing and building large-scale data platforms. + Strong expertise in SQL, Python/Scala, Spark, Kafka, and cloud data services from AWS and Snowflake. + Familiarity with data governance frameworks and security best practices. + Evaluate and recommend modern data technologies, tools, and platforms. + Implement best practices in data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and real-time data streaming. + Drive automation and CI/CD practices in data engineering workflows. **Life At Capgemini** Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
