Data Specialist

This Data Specialist is a hybrid role that will focus on two of our major internal systems:
1) customer relationship management (CRM) system and 2) our inventory system.
As a support resource in CRM, this individual will:
Pull reports that show daily/monthly productivity by sales associates for employees and management Validate lead and business entry Provide clean-up within the system for any entry duplications Partner with our parent company, The Raymond Corporation, for tasks and system supportPertaining to our inventory system, this role will support database(s) for:
Updated customer information for accurate invoicing and billing Updated customer equipment files and maintenance agreementsAdditionally, tasks include:
Coordinating new customer account creation for equipment ordering Monitoring any sales leads that are entered into company websiteThe ideal candidate will have:
2 years’ of experience in data entry and database administration Excellent attention to detail and follow-up Customer-service oriented approachThis role will enjoy a primary work-from-home position after a training period. This position offers paid-time-off, 7 holidays, and full group benefits after 30 days of hire.
