**CTG is seeking to fill a Data Sourcing Analyst opening for our client in Phoenix, AZ.** **Location:** Phoenix, AZ **Duration:** Ongoing Contract **Duties:** + Support data sourcing for U.S. regulatory reporting requirements such as Basel, Y-9C, 2052a, and Call Reports. + Identify, extract, and analyze financial data across enterprise data warehouses. + Conduct data profiling and quality assessment to ensure completeness and accuracy. + Create detailed Source-to-Target (S2T) mapping documents, including transformation logic and data lineage. + Collaborate with finance, reporting, technology, and governance stakeholders to finalize data sources and mappings. + Define and document data logic, assumptions, and reporting business rules. + Assist in the development of data control frameworks to meet audit and regulatory expectations. + Provide ongoing documentation and support for data sourcing processes and stakeholder reviews. **Skills:** + Strong understanding of U.S. regulatory reporting (Basel, Y-9C, 2052a, Call Reports, etc.) + Advanced SQL skills and experience with Google BigQuery or similar cloud analytics platforms + Proficient in data profiling, quality assessment, and identifying data inconsistencies + Skilled in developing S2T mapping documentation and data transformation logic + Effective stakeholder management and collaboration across cross-functional teams + Familiarity with data governance, control points, and validation rules + Strong technical documentation and communication capabilities **Experience:** + 6+ years of experience in data sourcing, financial data analytics, or regulatory reporting + Prior experience in large banking or financial institutions strongly preferred **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
