Key Responsibilities

1. 데이터 관리 및 무결성 확보

청구 관련 핵심 데이터(SFDC, 환자데이터클라우드 등)의 정기적인 업데이트 및 관리

데이터 정합성 및 무결성(Data Integrity) 유지를 위한 프로세스 수립 및 검증

데이터 기반의 정확한 성과 측정을 위한 기반 환경 조성

2. 데이터 분석 및 대시보드 운영

매출, 청구 현황 등 핵심 지표 기반의 성과 대시보드 구축 및 운영

다양한 데이터를 조합하고 분석하여, 오퍼레이션 성과 개선을 위한 유의미한 인사이트 발굴 및 정기적 리포팅

3. 자동화 및 시스템 개선 주도

자동화 솔루션(python, RPA 등)의 안정적인 운영을 책임지고, 데일리 운영 과정에서 발생하는 이슈 해결

자동화 처리 비중 증대를 목표로, 수동 업무 프로세스를 분석하여 개선 포인트 발굴 및 해결 주도

내부 사용 시스템의 비효율 및 개선 필요 항목을 주도적으로 파악하고 해결 방안 제시

Qualifications

- 대졸 이상

- 2년 이상의 데이터 관련업무, 프로세스 자동화(RPA), 또는 관련 기획/운영 경험

- 데이터에 대한 높은 이해도 및 논리적 사고 능력

- 원활한 커뮤니케이션 및 프레젠테이션 스킬

- Excel(피벗, 함수 등)을 활용한 데이터 가공 및 분석에 능숙하신 분

- 주도적으로 문제를 발견하고, 해결 방안을 찾아내려는 의지가 강하신 분

- (Preferred) SQL, Python 등 데이터 분석 관련 프로그래밍 언어 활용 능력 또는 Tableau, Power BI 등 BI 툴을 활용한 대시보드 구축 및 시각화 경험

- (Preferred) 헬스케어 또는 렌탈 비즈니스 도메인에 대한 이해가 있으신 분

- (Preferred) 비즈니스 영어회화 가능

Note: This position is for a maternity leave cover for the Data & Solutions Specialist position (Fixed-Term Contract) within Claims S&O.

Let’s talk about Responsibilities

[Data Management & Integrity] Manage and perform regular updates of critical claim-related data (e.g., SFDC, AirView)

Establish and execute processes to ensure the consistency and integrity of our data

Build a reliable data foundation to enable accurate performance measurement and reporting

[Data Analysis & Dashboard Operations] Develop and operate performance dashboards based on key metrics such as revenue and claim status

Analyze and synthesize diverse data sets to uncover actionable insights that drive operation improvements, and deliver regular reports

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to various stakeholders

[Automation & System Enhancement] Ensure the stable operation of automation solutions (e.g., RPA) and troubleshoot daily operational issues

Proactively identify manual workflow inefficiencies and lead initiatives to resolve them, aiming to increase the automation rate

Independently identify needs for system improvements and propose viable solutions

Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience

Required:

2+ years of experience in data analysis, process automation (RPA), or a related planning/operations role

A strong understanding of data and excellent logical reasoning skills

Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using Excel (e.g., PivotTables, advanced functions)

A proactive mindset with a strong will to independently identify problems and devise solutions

Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree.

Working knowledge of data analysis programming languages such as SQL or Python or Experience building dashboards using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

Familiarity with the healthcare or rental business domain
