Define the portfolio’s purpose that is aligned with strategies and goals, focused on Data ServicesOwn the portfolio strategy, vision, and plan; Define the goals for the portfolio and the offerings in it; Create offerings to fulfill a defined purpose and meet goalsManage the offering manager(s) to fulfill the purpose and meet the goalsEnsure offerings are effectively managed through the life cycle following repeatable processesMake data driven decisions about the offerings in the portfolio to achieve results, including when to enhance, when to take to maintenance, and when to take to end of lifeDevelop new ideas about what is now possible to enhance existing offerings, create new ones, and for use case developmentOwn the motions to generate profitable revenue for the portfolioCollaborate with all stakeholders to achieve results; build relationships and ensure alignment on purpose and maintain relevance in the marketUse market research and data to know when the portfolio purpose is becoming irrelevant or needs modifying, including recommending new portfolios for consideration to buildKnow sector strategies and goals for use in defining sector applicabilityKnow strategic partner strategies and goals to use in defining partner applicabilityApprove propositions and facts about an offering to collaborate with marketing and use case developers on outputsIncorporate thoughts and alignment of portfolio purpose to our goals and strategic prioritiesEvangelize the purpose of the portfolio and the offerings in itFocusing on Americas market, educate other geo leaders about the portfolio’s purpose and the offerings for their use in deciding any applicability to their marketKnowing the purpose of other portfolios and their offerings and our global products to identify what can be leveragedEstablish and maintain a continuous feedback loop with clients and stakeholders (sales & account management, solutions, delivery) to gather insights into iterative improvementsIdentify risks and develop mitigation strategies to increase the likelihood of meeting, or exceeding goals, for the portfolioApprove offering ideas and creations at major checkpoints during the life cycle to signify the portfolio’s purpose has been considered in the offering for applicability and revenue growth

An Offering is either a technical service(s) or technical service(s) combined with our products that transform or optimize customer interactions designed to be sold to the CCO. In essence it is what we sell. We create technical offerings that can be a single technical service or integrated services and products to sell.

A Portfolio of Offerings is a group of offerings that are similar in purpose and managed as a portfolio to fulfill the purpose and achieve goals. A portfolio’s purpose can be centered on the market it serves or be capability-based. Capability-based portfolios are designed to leverage skill sets and proficiencies to enhance efficiency and can be used across various offerings in other portfolios.

The base salary range for this position is $175000- $260000 USD, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
