13323BRJob Description:Objective of the Job: This position focuses on problem solving by implementing actionable data-driven business solutions, predict emerging trends, providing recommendations to stakeholders by analyzing and modelling a vast variety of data. Duties and Responsibilities: 1) Upholds a high integrity for BRS Systems while supporting Safety, Environmental & Quality Systems 2) Identify business use cases in consultation business stake holders, peers and superiors. 3) Analyze data requirements, create models and provide solutions (combination of ML and Analytics) 4) Document the processes and mentor others in the team. 5) Participate in setting up an analytics platform for Self Service Analytics. Qualifications: 1) Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering or related field; master’s degree preferred. 2) Must have minimum 2 years of experience in Analytics and use of Machine Learning Algorithms. 3) Demonstrated ability in Visualization tools, ML Frameworks, and other related topics. 4) Entrepreneurial drive, with demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time 5) Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and analytics techniques Working Conditions and Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to work on site or remote from the states of Arkansas, Tennessee, Texas , or Mississippi with occasional on-site visit as needed.
