Mission Description:
We are building AI-based solutions for product development in the automotive industry. Our business requirements go beyond what the foundation models offer so we are exploring specialized implementations of AI powered frameworks to match our needs. We are now looking for Data Scientists for different product development areas. As part of the team, you will identify and select the best AI and ML models, define implementation architecture for specific use-cases and deploy them on the cloud or on-premises.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop data pipelines to ingest product specific context knowledge.
Build and deploy RAG models for different product scopes.
Implement on use-case specific framework to handle engineering requests and provide response or act accordingly.
Implement robust AI Agent architecture to achieve the engineering goal according to the industry standards.
Stay up to date with the latest developments in the field of AI/ML and incorporate the latest AI technologies into products.
Qualifications and skills required for the role:
Master’s in computer science, Applied Math/Statistics, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
Previous experience in data engineering, machine learning, or similar roles.
Proficient with Python, JavaScript, C#, Terraform.
Familiar with AI Coding tools.
Understand Prompt Engineering.
Experience with AI Agent frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernels, Copilot Studio, etc.).
As a plus: Familiar with MCP, DSPy, and new trends in AI.
Familiar with data structures, algorithms, and software engineering practices.
Experience with Cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS) and DevOps.
Excellent problem-solving skills; thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
