Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our P&C Claims team. This role demands expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning (ML), and workforce optimization (WFO) techniques to develop and deploy advanced analytical solutions for claims operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in predictive modeling, time series analysis, and optimization algorithms, with practical experience applying these techniques to real-world problems. You will be responsible for building and maintaining forecasting models and implementing WFO strategies to optimize resource allocation. Proficiency in Python along with experience in data mining, data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), is essential. You will work with large datasets from diverse sources, and you must be able to translate complex analytical findings into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
